About Us

A focused manufacturer of specimen-collection devices.

Venora Medical Supplies Manufacturing PLC is an Ethiopian private limited company established to manufacture single-use medical consumables for clinical laboratories, hospitals and health centres.

Company overview

Building trusted diagnostic supplies in Ethiopia, for Ethiopia and beyond.

The company starts with the products every laboratory uses daily: vacuum blood collection tubes and urine and stool specimen containers. These are high-volume, essential items that Ethiopia today sources largely from imports.

Venora is built around three commitments: consistent product quality, reliable local supply, and a step-by-step expansion into a wider range of medical consumables.

The company is developing its manufacturing site on an approximately 4,919 m² industrial plot held under a 40-year land agreement with the Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC).

Contribution to Ethiopia

Local manufacturing for a stronger health system.

Ethiopia has made local production of medicines and medical supplies a national priority. The national strategy aims to meet half of essential medicine demand through local production. Venora supports this direction by producing everyday diagnostic consumables in the country.
